Typography

In my Typography class, we were given the body text above only. We were then given the task to design a layout based on standard typography factors such as type hierarchy, kerning, tracking, and page layout, etc. 

Overall I really enjoyed taking everything I learned in the Typography class & putting it together in this assignment. I enjoyed finding a typeface I thought suited the poster best. With my digital prepress experience, I ensured the file, including the photos, were print ready in CMYK. The one challenge I had with this assignment was that I did lack a bit of confidence in my design skills at this point in time. As a result, I had a few friends check it over. In the end, I was happy with the outcome.
